Return Policy
- You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return your order.
- The goods must be in their original condition and original packaging.
- Personalized or hygienically sensitive products are excluded from the right of return.
Initiating a Return
- Contact us via our contact form with your order number.
- We will send you the return information by email.
- Send the goods to the specified address.
- After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
In case of defects or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer bears the shipping costs.
